Workshop Snack Catering

Independent Christian Counsel offers a range of healthy vegan snacks for those who undergo the IPT (and other Christian education Sessions i.e. during a Christian Retreat (Wellness Centre) or a regular Christian education session). The ICC snack range is low-GI, high fibre and refined sugar free and only includes the use of healthy oils/fats, and features the added bonus of blessed Holy oil and/or Holy water in its ingredients. Furthermore, the wholefood ingredients and high fibre content makes the ICC healthy snack range very filling, and so, it’s quite hard to eat too much! Hence, all snacks are provided in reasonable portions, and are packed in individual snack-boxes i.e. made to order, and therefore freshly prepared, but if large scale catering services are requested then other food service options are available.

The purpose of providing healthy snacks during extended learning periods like IPT/APT Workshops, is to ensure that participants have enough energy from natural sugars found in wholefoods, which maximises their ability to think clearly, and therefore intake, process and retain information. Hence, the ICC healthy snack range considers the fact that the brain relies on glucose for optimal functioning, yet its selective ingredients also helps keep blood sugar levels stable, which is good for all people whether they are: (1) recovering diabetics, (2) managing their weight, or (3) losing weight. The added benefits of blessed Holy oil and water in the ICC snack range is that the consumer is also spiritually fortified (expels and wards against evil spirits and witchcraft), and physically rejuvenated (healed and/or the body cells, tissue and organs are reversed in biological age i.e. overcoming the ageing aspect of "Death" for older people) as they engage in learning. For example, the blessing(s) on my catered food and drink includes "the amplification of the health and beneficial properties of all ingredients", therefore, all my Christian food is healthier and superior to ordinary food because it provides better health outcomes through the Christian gifts of healing and miracles (1 Corinthians 12:28).

My newly expanded snack range is made with organic ingredients*, and includes:

  • Smoothies

Furthermore, my Biafran chocolate features many health properties including  but not limited to fat burning, anti-microbial and assistance with maintaining healthy blood glucose levels). The Biafran chocolate range is helpful for people recovering from eating disorders because they are more likely to eat it based on its health properties i.e. it helps alleviate the fear associated with food intake and weight gain AND/OR provide binge eaters with satiating food in  both nutrition and taste which can help prevent overeating, while helping them overcome  feelings associated with guilt that is typically linked to yummy foods.  Furthermore, the Biafran chocolate range is also suitable for recovering diabetics who want to enjoy naturally sweeter, yet healthier snacks that they typically miss out on when trying to maintain their health.

My new Chin-Chin, which is one of my two nicknames*, also comes in different flavour varieties (*Most people know me as Chinny rather than my full first name).

My newly created Biafran Doughnuts/Donuts are baked, uses a special cooking technique that makes it sweeter than it appears, and is flavoured i.e. the icing and filling is all natural, and does not use sugar, butter or cream as a base, instead it uses healthy natural ingredients (the origninal icing and filling can be easily modified for further fat-burning properties)! Hence, all the ICC snacks can be considered Biafran snacks, as they were created by an Igbo Biafran woman (me, Chinasom Uzodimma Elekwachi) who would like to one day see her homeland again, the South East Region of Nigeria, in more peaceful times when it is freed from the British and Fulani colonial contraption known as Nigeria.

  • *NOTE: I want to make chocolate chip cookies, but my resources were/are too limited to test my chocolate’s characteristics when baked. I also don’t have enough resources to test different preparation methods for my chocolate, which is annoying because I anticipate that it will need a separate method, (but I have the idea already). If I cannot master a chocolate chip version of my Biafran chocolate then I would just have to source a preferred and acceptable brand of chocolate chips, so I can add chocolate chip cookies to the menu. Furthermore, I also started making Biafran caramelised white chocolate and normal milk chocolate (with no dairy, but my resources were too limited to produce a final recipe and product (cocoa butter is not easy to come by where I am, nor is it budget friendly for me at this time) – so the point is that the menu would be better if I could access ingredient, and this would be possible if I could start working.

  • Biafran Fruit Salad
  • My Biafran fruit salad is a selection of my favourite fruits in a combination designed to complement the flavours of one another, while also considering the health profile of each ingredient i.e. what health benefits are provided by each fruit. My Biafran fruit salad is specially dressed for freshness (avoiding the oxidation of fruits); taste (deliciousness) and further health benefits.
    • Optional: Served with whipped coconut cream (with a hint of vanilla)
    • Optional (Energy and Fibre Boost): Served with whipped coconut cream (with a hint of vanilla) and topped with toasted oats (seasoned with cinnamon and other complimentary spices).
    • Optional (Engergy, Fibre and Protein Boost): Served with whipped coconut cream (with a hint of vanilla) and topped with toasted oats and crushed almonds.

  • Biafran Mini-Bun (Vegetarian - I have yet to develop a vegan version because I cannot attain a special ingredient, but it would be possible)
  • The Biafran mini-bun was the first traditional baked-goods recipe that I developed a few years ago when I was able to start eating gluten containing foods again. The Biafran mini-bun is light and fluffy, slightly sweet and delicately flavoured with vanilla bean. In my original recipe, the Biafran mini-bun was paired with whipped coconut cream (with a hint of vanilla) and my whole-fruit strawberry jam.  Hence, the Biafran mini-bun could be described as the Igbo/Biafran version of the English scone!
    • Coconut whipped cream
    • Chocolate whipped cream
    • Coconut whipped cream and whole-fruit strawberry jam
    • Coconut whipped cream and whole-fruit blueberry jam
    • Coconut whipped cream and whole-fruit cherry jam
    • Black Forest (Chocolate whipped cream and whole-fruit cherry jam)
    • Test Flavour: Strawberry Cheesecake (Biafran cheesecake flavoured whipped cream and whole-fruit strawberry jam)

  • Baked Akara - a Nigerian black-eyed bean fritter made in my own special, tasty and healthier way i.e. baked and with an improved nutritional profile.

  • Biafran Jam & Cream Cookies
  • My Biafran Jam & Cream Cookies are a delicious  treat that features a shortbread inspired cookie filled with my healthy cookie cream filling, and jam in the centre of the top cookie which is donut shaped (the jam is thickened to make a cookie filling). Alternatively, plain cookies are also available.
    • Strawberry Jam & Cream
    • Blueberry Jam & Cream
    • Cherry Jam & Cream
    • Jam filling only (can be different combinations)
    • PB & J (Strawberry Jam centre & Peanut butter cream)
    • Special editions
      • PB & Chocolate (optional: topped with, and edges coated with banana toffee dust)
      • PB &  Salted Caramel (optional: topped with, and edges coated with banana toffee dust)
      • Chocomoul cream (optional: topped with, and edges coated with banana toffee dust or finely crushed nuts)
      • Caramoul cream (optional: topped with, and coated with banana toffee dust or finely crushed nuts)

  • Biafran Crisps
  • A simple crispy snack  that provides a boost of nutrients, fibre and protein, while remaining low in fat. My Biafran crisp makes use of a particular bean, in which the manner it is prepared renders the taste neutral and complimentary when eating it.
  • Savoury: Seasoned with the listed range of available seasonings, and can be served with dips.
  • Sweet: A slightly sweet version of the Biafran crisp that is a simple elongated crispy cracker that is flavoured with vanilla, and is served with a dipping sauce of  chocolate, chocolate-espresso, chocolate-orange, chocolate-mint or salted caramel (same health profile as my healthy cream filling i.e. a variation of the recipe).  Alternatively, a Biafran chocolate dipped version is available in chocolate, chocolate-espresso, chocolate-orange, and chocolate-mint flavours.

  • Biafran Caramel Slice
  • A delicious sweet treat that is based on a modified version of one of my old recipes that provides fibre, healthy fats and a range of nutrients, while also featuring fat burning properties, while also remaining low in GI. My Biafran caramel slice uses medjool dates and other ingredients to create a  natural salted caramel flavoured fudge, which sits upon a high protein and fibre base in a range of flavours that include vanilla (original), espresso, ginger, orange and chocolate chip. Medjool dates and other ingredients were selected because they are yummy, and commonly eaten and enjoyed by people of Middle Eastern origin.
    • Salted Caramel
    • Chocolate Caramel (original., chocolate chip, orange or espresso base)
    • Chocolate (Original, or orange base)
    • Caramel-Espresso (single shot i.e. espresso and salted caramel flavored fudge and original base; double shot, espresso and salted caramel flavored fudge; or chocolate chip base)

NOTE: Like the Biafran flavoured milk, the chocolate varieties of the Biafran salted caramel slice is designed  to help improve mood (relieve symptoms of depression); while also having anti-microbial, anti-toxin, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immune boosting and healthy digestion properties. The espresso flavoured items are mainly used to help manage fatigue, while also  providing a steady release of energy i.e. reducing the need for 5 coffees a day, wherein coffee addiction issues are addressed in combination with Pastoral Care, wherein the method for addressing and overcoming such addictions, and other addictions* has already been drafted, and so, Pastoral Care methods are standardised. Furthermore, my Pastoral Care knowledge base also accounts for the different root causes or negative influences related to emotional and psychological issues, and therefore, also how to overcome them i.e. research and faith based psychological care in terms of its model and theory, but also practical in its methods like fasting and prayer, and the use of Holy power to fix things that are untreatable or would be lifelong battles. For example, I have designed a method for overcoming eating disorders that includes addressing body dysmorphia, but I can only be of help if I am given the chance to provide Pastoral Care (in a conducive, peaceful, and positive environment.   [To be clear, the knowledge base also includes the solution, advice  or procedures to help the pastoree overcome their issues (learning and practicing this knowledge is part of the Discipline or Specialty training for Pastors (Pastoral Care).]

  • *Disclaimer: I have never experienced drug addiction, meaning that I have never used illicit drugs or abused prescription medications (I barely used them before and always preferred natural remedies or CAMs, and that is because taking medication made my digestive issues worse in the past, and in all truth I have not used any prescription medications in a long time, and that us because I have my own CAMs/holy power methods. To be clear, CAMs were used to supplement for my suppressed Holy power because I am able to amplify the positive effects (minor miracle) i.e. used to manage pain. In terms of  my methods relevance, despite eventually having Holy power, CAMs, the food and drink is all about economy, for example, it is likely that to provide people with quality food, I would have to perform a miracle to continually multiple the stock of food suppliers, which makes supply endless (I have idea on how I would do this already**). This would also allow food to be sold cheaper and more frequently, which is equals very large profits (for “Kings” wondering how they would make money).   Imagine massive food industries no longer having to continually pay for ingredients, while increasing quality…To conclude, the above has applications in other areas, and so, I do in part take back ‘cleansing’ being completely irrelevant, and that is because it could be basic government  employment for poor and rehabilitated homeless people, which would include cleaning up cities and locations, and perhaps helping repair abandoned homes which could house them (instead of continual wasted financial support that does not change their circumstance due to all their issues AND wasting places that can be livable). I have other ideas to support this societal rejuvenation model/plan, but I need to be in a position of power to do so. I have a country in mind that would serve as a great testing ground, in which, the model would be applied to Biafra (or other nations), in order to put many people in better conditions as the nation or nations are built up and restored over time.
    • **This could also apply to building materials if countries want new cities like the Holy City - it is a "New Age" after all, which means rejuvenation and positive change is typical i.e. damaged infrastructure due to “tribulation weather” may simply be a sign that society needs to improve its housing and building standards. Hence, with ruined infrastructure, there is no other option then to clean up and rebuild society, so look at such things as an opportunity to address wider societal issues. For example, if certain things weren’t destroyed in an earthquake, flood or storm then they might have killed even more people in the future in a worse scenario i.e. an unsuspecting preventative measure (divine intervention). Therefore, the above could be equated to removing a domino from its place, which disrupts the chain reaction i.e. avoiding a worse scenario. I do not know how Turkish people identify themselves due to their mixed European heritage, but they are welcome to be part of “Sheba” (I have not decided who Ephah is, but I am leaning towards Asia due to poverty (as one group, including Melanesians), rather than Europeans, but many nations are coastlands, and any country can supply some building materials to be Lebanon, which might be Europe’s option to be covered. To be clear, Isaiah 60:14 is mainly relevant to America, and not Australian’s who are clearly doomed, and so, there is no inconsistently, just wicked people not wanting to accept their destiny i.e. they are irrelevant and stockholm syndrome is for the weak (I am strong) - why would I, God or anyone love you after what you have done?)). To conclude, people need to understand that sometimes even hard things are meant for good, and more so, Isaiah 4 is clearly necessary sooner rather than later, but I need to be freed to help (it's an emergency, there is a termite man coming for an inspection tomorrow, and no one who has taken a job at this house has been a decent person, much like basically everyone I have come across, so "Kings" need to act before a repeat of a "sealed fate" happens again - I will do what I can , but getting me out of here is the safest solution).   [Besides prayer and cleansing, I posted new information and added new snacks to counter any negativity.]

  • Biafran Nougat Bites
  • An all natural high protein and fibre new-style nougat in plain and nut varieties, with the option of a chocolate drizzle on top.
    • Original
    • Pistachio (peanuts, cashews almond or pecans)

NOTE: It is worth noting that my foods are quite rich in taste, and so, the creation of overly decadent combinations is not necessary, and not prioritized when health is also a major focus of these times. To be clear, these snacks are meant to be ordinary everyday food, which is why they are modelled after my regular dietary choices. However, special considerations for more decadent snack options can be made for special occasions like “weekend meals” (I usually eat “junk food” and more on Saturdays, which is the Sabbath day); birthdays; anniversaries; holiday celebrations or Church/ Wellness Centre social and leisure events which would include leisurely and fun fitness and/or brain training group activities or events; hobby classes and competitive events (including sports); music and fashion events (this is where celebrities are required, Psalm 87:7); as well as themed dinner events i.e. an Ankara party (in honour of Biafra, the future Holy City and the Lord, the Most High God). Ideally, other Church assemblies would be modelled after the Wellness Centre, but with slight variations based on cultural and local interests. For example, my church is the Biafran/International Church, which is reflective of my Igbo heritage and multiculturally influenced upbringing.

To return to the main point, an example of some possible decadent snack combinations includes bespoke chocolate bars that features Biafran nougat, roasted peanuts and caramel coated in chocolate OR a Biafran golden cream cookie base topped with salted caramel, peanuts and coated in chocolate. To compliment such a delicious chocolate bar, I would like to make a lower fat vegan ice-creams, but once again my resources are limited, plus it is hard to develop new foods when I lack privacy i.e. I need better circumstances to produce more food options, especially since I would also have to develop the breakfast menu, and expand the lunch/dinner options for the Wellness Centre. It was the idea that “Kings”, “Queens”, “Princes” and “Princesses” would have been able to put in food requests, since such people are the ‘Church in Laodicea’, and the original intended participants of the Wellness Centre (Revelation 3:20, Isaiah 49).

Overall, it is clear that proper communication channels would allow me to develop a range of foods that cater to a wider range of tastes, but to do so requires my relocation and access to proper resources to support my organisation and coordination of the Wellness Centre as a whole. For example, real professional chefs will be making the food at the Wellness Centre, I would just provide the executive chef or chef’s with my recipes, a demonstration of my quality control and cleanliness routine processes, and maybe a brief session about nutrition standards i.e. training. The executive chef(s) would be able to add foods to the menus as long as it fits the health standard criteria (the recipe would still remain the creation of the executive chef(s)).

  • Chocolate  Crème Charmers
  • An open Biafran chocolate cream cookie topped with flavoured cookie cream filling, and a drizzle of Biafran chocolate on top.  The cream filling has the same health profile as the baked puff-puff icing and filling. Coconut Charmers are also available, which substitutes the chocolate cookie for a Biafran golden cream cookie.
    • Salted Caramel
    • Mint (mint essential oil will be used to flavour plain cream)
    • Espresso
    • Vanilla
    • Lemon (Coconut Crème Charmer additional flavour option, which would use lemon essential oil to flavour the plain cream)

  • Biafran Sweet Dumplings
  • My Biafran sweet dumplings are filled with fruit, with the first of its kind using apples! The filling is diced apples with caramelized apple sauce in original, strawberry-apple and blueberry-apple. The Biafran sweet dumplings can be enjoyed by themselves or dipped in salted-caramel or vanilla dipping sauce, and or the range of caramelized apple sauce. Hence, my new Biafran sweet dumplings are like a mini apple pie or apple strudel, and so, I would like to make ice cream, so it can also serve as a light dessert option.

NOTE: Lastly, after using Google search, I discovered that lots of different people eat dumplings, including Russian and Ukrainian people, who also eat a sweet version called Vareniki or Varenyky, and so this snack is primarily a homage to their people and nation. The similarity in name of the dumplings suggests a close historical bond, and so, it is my hope that both Russian and Ukrainian people reconcile for their own benefit and peace; and for the sake of peace between other Christian nations, which would also be pleasing in the eyes of the Lord, the Most High God. To be clear, there was a particular set of cursed items that are blue and yellow, which are the Ukrainian  flag colours, and the items suggest they would fall for a terrible trap. So,  based on how the war has been presented in the media, it seems like no surprise...

  • Biafran Chocolate Mousse
  • My new chocolate mousse is  a whipped coconut cream mousse that is served on a Biafran golden or chocolate cookie crumb base. The cookie crumb base is boosted with another natural ingredient to provide more protein and other nutrients (not protein powder). My Biafran chocolate mousse is designed to provide the body with healthy fats (restoring youthful facial fat to reasonable and attractive levels to ensure the face does not look “hard”. This is an alternative to the use of excessive and sustained use of fillers, which looks strange i.e. fillers should be dissolved). Like my other chocolate snacks, the chocolate mousse helps relieve symptoms of depression, and is also suitable as a dessert option.
    • Double Chocolate (Chocolate mousse on a Biafran chocolate cookie base)
    • Chocolate-mint (Chocolate-mint mousse on a  Biafran chocolate cookie base)
    • Chocolate-Orange Surprise (Chocolate mousse on a Biafran chocolate-orange cookie base)
    • Double Chocolate & Espresso (Chocolate-Espresso mousse on a Biafran chocolate cookie base)
    • Double Shot Chocolate-Espresso (Chocolate-Espresso mousse on a Biafran chocolate-espresso cookie base)
    • Chocolate & Cookie Crunch (Chocolate mousse on a Biafran golden cookie base)
    • Chocolate & Espresso Cookie Crunch (Chocolate-espresso mousse on a Biafran golden cookie base)
    • Double Shot Cookie Crunch (Chocolate-espresso mousse on a Biafran golden-espresso cookie base)

  • Biafran angel slice

  • Bifran angel slice is inspired by kataifi anf kanefah, and is a crispy layer of slightly sweetened pastry strands flavoured with vanilla, cinnamon, orange zest and a dash of cardamom. The pasty is topped with a sweetened vegan cream cheese flavoured filling that is naturally set without gelatin, and is topped with crushed nuts. The crispy pastry layer has the health profile of Biafran crisps, but the strands are thicker like African braids when compared to the typical angel hair pastry that is used to make kataifi and kanefah, hence the name, Biafran angel slice.

    • Original (lightly roasted pistachio, walnuts and almonds, with or without a drizzle of honey

    • Other flavours: any truffle filling flavour instead of cream cheese flavoured filling, and lightly drizzled with Biafran chocolate

  • Nutty-Spice Cookie

A  spiced and slightly sweet shortbread-like cookie that is filled with crushed mixed nuts  and small pieces of medjool dates, which provides extra sweetness and a delicious caramel flavour. The nutty-spice cookies are rolled into a spiral shape, and so, it is a filled cookie like a kahk cookie, but it looks like a rugelach cookie, and is therefore inspired by both of them.  The nutty-spice cookies are then drizzled lightly with Biafran chocolate. The nutty spice cookies provide a healthy dose of fibre, a bit of protein and some nutrients.

  • Original (mixed nuts)

  • Peanut

  • Cashew

  • Pistachio

  • Pecan

OTHER DRINKS

  • Green Juice (Tastes refreshing and light, but Electrolyte Tea can be added for a more specific flavour profile)

    • Designed to prevent & treat COVID-19 infection, and combat the negative effects of COVID-19 vaccines. Under a very small informal trial, it was able to prevent COVID-19 infection when about 100mLs was taken daily by a double vaccinated "patient" (confirmed via negative PCR test by unaffiliated Australian testing authorities). All other “patients” who rejected the Green Juice were infected with COVID-19 after exposure regardless of their vaccination status (1 double vaccinated person, and multiple unvaccinated persons). For the “patients” who suffered COVID-19, they said that they believed the drink helped them to recover, as did my other treatments designed to remove and prevent mucous buildup in the upper and lower respiratory tract (respiratory distress is a major factor that leads to death i.e. the inability to breathe and no oxygen supply to the brain). In general, the Green Juice has multiple health properties, and therefore, it is designed to help improve a wide range of conditions based on its ingredients and blessing.

      • NOTE (22nd January 2022): There is a non-fat burning version of The Green Juice for people who want/need to maintain a higher weight like Sumo Wrestlers & Plus-Size Models, but in all Truth the Green juice helps prevent the accumulation of fat in unwanted areas, specifically the stomach (abdomen), and helps improve the rate of fat loss in based on its ingredients and blessing (which can be tailored to suit a desired purpose or effect).

  • Electrolyte Tea (Low in natural sugar, Low in Calories)

    • Lemon Ginger
    • Lemon Lime Bitters
    • Pine Lime
    • Cranberry-Cherry for UTIs

  • The all-natural Electrolyte Tea has multiple benefits:

    • High in antioxidants
    • Helps the body detox
    • Antimicrobial properties i.e. anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial
    • Promotes fat burning
    • Provides electrolytes for hydration (was helpful in treating people with COVID-19)

  • The all-natural Electrolyte Tea can also be used as an alcohol mixer, and to date it has been tried with champagne and red wine. Hence, the benefit of the Electrolyte Tea is that it can help reduce overall alcohol intake, and it can be used to help prevent drunkenness (improved hydration, dilution of alcohol). For the above reasons, the Electrolyte Tea would be used as a methodic tool during a Christian Retreat (Wellness Centre, subject to a major Church Denomination collaboration), as a way of helping guests learn to moderate their alcohol intake without the need for strict dry quitting, which can be distracting and demoralizing, and therefore detrimental when undergoing Christian lifestyle change i.e. negative effects on mood control and stability. However, during a Christian Retreat (Wellness Centre) no alcohol would be permitted during Christian Education Sessions, and would only be permitted during scheduled socialising activities or events, or during personal time when the guest is learning to moderate their alcohol intake in normal daily life.

  • Plain Blessed Water (Holy Water)

  • Biafran Flavoured Water (Available in unsweetened or sweetened varieties. My flavoured water is low in sugar, and has fat burning and antimicrobial properties. Furthermore, it can be made with sparkling water, or carbonated for those who are looking for a healthier and tasty alternative to fizzy drinks).

    • Lemon

      • Lemon-Strawberry (Fruit infused flavour)

      • Lemon-Blueberry (Fruit infused flavour)

      • Lemon-Plum (Biafran lemonade infused with plums (a rich and refreshing flavour, I would also like to add cherry, lychee, mango, peach, passionfruit, and apricot). More so, I want to try and make a cola flavour again, I tried before but I would need other ingredients to round out the flavour i.e. less lemon and access to other ingredients).

    • Lemon Bitters

    • Lime

    • Lemon Lime

    • Tea made with Blessed Water (I want to develop a tea to relieve anxiety, but I am unable to acquire a certain ingredient)

  • Biafran Flavoured Milk (Dairy free and made to help improve mood (helps relieve symptoms of depression); while also having anti-microbial, anti-toxin, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immune boosting and healthy digestion properties. Furthermore, my new Biafran Flavoured Milk is designed to help regulate blood sugar levels and maintain heart and nervous system health, while still having a full-fat dairy-like texture that is created by using a selection of 100% plant-based wholefood emulsifying and thickening ingredients that are used to fully incorporate Blessed Holy oil into the milk. (When made with calcium fortified plant-based milks, Biafran Flavoured Milk also helps improve bone health).
    • Chocolate
    • Chocolate-Espresso
    • Espresso
    • Ginger & Spice
    • Chocolate-Hazelnut (made with hazelnut milk)
    • Hazelnut-Espresso (made with hazelnut milk)
    • Vanilla & Spice

    • Vanilla-Espresso

  • NOTE: I would like to add matcha and caramel flavoured milks, and varieties like matcha, matcha-ginger & spice (kind of like a new type of matcha chai, as my ginger-spice drink is basically a new ginger flavoured chai i.e. paying homage to India (no mention of a particular nation is not a snub, espcially if I only made country/people mentions after its addition to the menu, and for those absent I just not know or eat your cuisines, but I can always learn - I like food). I will also probably make an espresso and chocolate-ginger and spice drinks); matcha-espresso; chocolate-caramel, caramel-espresso and perhaps caramel-ginger and spice, but I am unable to attain the natural ingredient needed to make the caramel flavour in my current circumstances.

  • Biafran Flavoured Milk Dessert Version (special occasions i.e. decadent option)

  • The addition of whipped vanilla coconut cream on top, and  hopefully chocolate and caramel sauces (I would like to develop a chocolate and caramel sauces, but I can’t access the ingredients to test the final result i.e. how the sauces would set, and how it mixes with the drink- and I would also use these sauces for ice-cream). To be clear, top quality ingredients would be used for “Kings” because they can access and afford the best ingredients (I may eat organic where I can, but I am well aware at the difference in food quality available to me and “kings”).  So basically, I am just working with what I have, but my recipes are naturally quite flexible, so it is no issue i.e. I would be using the best cuts and types of beef for a Biafran style cheesesteak, or a Biafran style pasty. Another example of a decadent option would be a chocolate baked puff-puff with crushed Biafran double chocolate cream cookies on top.

  • Overall, the general theme is “gourmet childhood favourites”, which is designed to stir up feelings of positive childhood nostalgia, which would still enjoyable for those who missed out on such experiences due to social class (“we only eat beluga caviar with steamed asparagus”), or strict parenting (restrictive diets based on unhealthy relationships or beliefs about food and nutrition). To conclude, the lesson about food for “kings” is to learn to be humble about food, wherein many are likely to discover that some of the most common foods are the most enjoyable (and are now suitable for a healthy adult diet).  To be clear, I usually have something sweet with my dinner (basiclly dessert), and most meals (i.e. 1 or 1 and a half Biafran pasties (the pasties are quite big and very filling, and if  I have more vegetables or fruit like cucumbers or an apple with my food, then I consider it negligible in terms of energy needs) and 2 energy snack balls, plus a drink which is usually flavoured milk or a fruit smoothie - typically 300mls), and so, the standard dessert would be a sweet snack like a golden crumble tart, a few energy snack balls, a few cookies, a scone or a baked puff-puff. Based on my experience and logic, people eating my snacks would be fine (weight wise), especially when I usually snack in between meals as well (I try to be disciplined, but it can hard when times are tough and I just like to eat in general i.e. I don't count calories, but rather I consider what my body needs, which is best described by the macronutrient approach of healthy eating (even though I don't actually count my macros either, but it's the closest description to my approach to food, and that is because I believe in and have experienced the positive power of food i.e. nutrients and properties contributing to fat loss, weight maintenance and metabolism). The more formal dietary approach (meal plans) is simply a professional service, which is helpful for people learning how to have a healthy approach to eating i.e. eventually healthy eating patterns become natural and no meal plan (guide) is required. Since I consume more than people would expect for my size (0-2 US/4-6 AUS), and I eat more than I did in the past for my weight range (I used to be a size 6-8 AUS), so it is clear that my blessing(s) work (I am not at full Holy power yet, so it will soon be even more effective, which is helpful for older people getting back into their more youthful shape). Obviously, I don't know exactly how much more people can eat i.e. it would need to be tested, but it is definitely more (this is where the macronutrient planning and tracking becomes insightful). Overall. the point is that my food and drinks makes it easier to maintain a lower weight without strict caloric or carbohydrate restriction, but how much someone eats is still limited by satiety or fullness, which is influenced by different factors. Despite the benefits of my food and drinks, for someone to improve and maintain their figure, exercise is still needed for toning, sculpting and to improve mental and biological health (1 Timothy 4:8).

  • Biafran Orange Slushies: Orange based slushies made from pureed oranges, Holy water and other natural ingredients to add further nutrition and homogenize the taste (includes a small amount blessed Holy oil that is fully emulsified). The Biafran Orange Slushie is also has fat burning properties, and is the perfect drink for summer weather, and places with naturally hot climates.
    • Orange
    • Orange & Mango
    • Orange, Mango & Lime
    • Orange & Pineapple
    • Orange, Mango & Ginger
    •

  • Biafran Greenie Juice
  • A green juice packed full of selected natural ingredients for taste and nutrtion that is designed to support, optimise and health eye, circulatory system, bone, digestive and immune system conditions, while also detoxifying and deodourising the body (internal deodourant, so your sweat also smells fresher). The Greenie juice also has fat burning properties, so like most of my drinks they can be served alongside meals and/or snacks (low calorie and negatable contribution to the diet, which is helpful for people who like to feel full after meals without overeating).
    • Citrus Trio
    • GInger Burst
    • Apple Tonic

*Organic ingredients are subject to availability, and additional snack requests like special smoothie combinations may be considered based on my extended repertoire of recipes, and general cooking skills.  Independent Christian Counsel must be made aware of any allergies prior to a WSC order, but it should be made clear that the Blessed Holy oil and water would naturally clear (heal) allergies.   The Health Drink mentioned in The Discipline of Health Management, which can be described as a ‘Green Juice’ would also be available as a stand-alone drink option or a “mix-in booster” for smoothies.

NOTE (Added 17th January 2022): It should be understood that any unauthorized use, misuse or illegal attainment of Blessed Holy oil or Water; Legitimate Christian Teachings or Trainings; the leaking of classified information, Snacks/Food/Drink, Christian Skincare and Haircare products or anything else would immediately cause the effects  to fail and would revoke the Holy Spirit or permanently block the reception of the Holy Spirit (guaranteed condemnation to hell in these times, and probably thereafter). Hence, there are no beneficial effects for non-Christian people i.e. people with no Christian potential, who are and will be further barred from accessing all the above.  As a further deterrent to poor choices, a “water of bitterness-like” condition, but more harsh (Number 5:17-22) would be placed on all the above to deter unrighteous choices.
