ASSESSMENT

 

All Independent Christian Counsel’s training workshops such as The IPT/APT and Discipline TPRT uses formative assessment for learning and assessment purposes, where the overall aim is to check for genuine knowledge, understanding and skills based on active workshop participation i.e. pre-reading(s), discussion questions and activities (no graded tests or exams). As for the IPT/APT and Discipline TPRT performance review, it can be described as a final confirmation that training has resulted in Apostles, Instructors, Pastors, Healthcare Assistants, Culinary Artists, Beauty Therapists and Cleansers  that are able to teach, pastor and provide basic healthcare confidently, comfortably, truthfully, and at a high quality standard (quality assurance). Hence, performance review is simply an opportunity for the Instructor (and Instructor assistants) to provide constructive feedback to trained Apostles, Instructors, Pastors and Healthcare Assistants while they continue to familiarise themselves with newly learned content, newly introduced processes, and if relevant teaching and pastoral resources. Therefore, performance review is a brief “Christian Service Practicum” that is designed to further edify newly trained AApostles, Instructors, Pastors, Healthcare Assistants, Culinary Artists, Beauty Therapists and Cleansers by providing them with real-life professional development experience. To help foster an encouraging learning environment and facilitate positive learning outcomes, Christian Service Practicum was purposefully designed to occur within a Religious Organisation or Community such as an established Church denomination because it provides a more comfortable, friendly and relaxed professional development setting because it is a form of peer (colleague) learning. Hence, performance review is designed to appropriately and successfully prepare Apostles, Instructors, Pastors, Healthcare Assistants, Culinary Artists, Beauty Therapists and Cleansers  in their designated authoritative role within the Body of Christ before they undertake official post-reform public service (1 Corinthians 12:27-31).

 

 

Assessment Information Update - 20th November 2022

 

Christian Service Practicum for all Disciplines such as Christian Healthcare & Hospitality now has two components, internal and external. Part 1 of the Christian Service Practicum is the abovementioned internal Christian Service Practicum which occurs among Church staff, while the external component (Part 2) will be practiced among the general population who willingly volunteer as participants. This process requires mandatory registration (which includes confession, Psalm 87), and is done to provide (1) more real-world professional development experience to newly trained Christian Service staff; (2) grant the general population with more readily available access to Christian healthcare, as well as food and drink for healing and wellbeing purposes; and (3) foster reconciliation between the general population, the government and government institutions; the church (clergy); and any other willing and capable hospitality an healthcare service providers that are able to accommodate the production and provision of the aforementioned that aligns with their brand/services (must be government certified and regulated). Hence, following external Christian practicum Christian healthcare and food and drink services can be made readily available on a mass scale to address public health needs*, while the Christian government also organises itself, while also having its health and wellbeing attended to (Isaiah 49, Isaiah 32)**.  

 

  • *Only available following registration approval (Psalm 87). More so, providing Christian food and drink before the general population accesses Christian education, Pastoral Care and Christian social and leisure events is necessary so that their behaviour is corrected by the expulsion of evil spirits, the healing of psyche-spiritual conditions and the improvement their mood. Otherwise, it would be difficult to make the Christian lifestyle change process productive or pleasant.

 

  • **Isaiah 24 is relevant to Australia (as previously mentioned ‘land’ is the correct term not ‘Earth’ and is therefore relevant to my location, which is known for its love of alcohol (Isaiah 24:9)). Isaiah 24:21-22 is relevant to Australian “Kings” who don’t make it out of Babylon’s literal penal colony nation (some things never change), more so, it is possible that other non-Christian “Kings” are deported to Australia, or a part of it. All things regarding Australia have not been fully decided, yet what I determine will be based on the improvement on my personal circumstances, and the proper cooperation of Australian “Kings” and “Princes”. Regardless, Australia must pay for its war crimes against me, my family***, and other people and nations one way or another, so because they fulfilled Isaiah 47 and 24 by their own choice, they must pay the price – how terrible its fulfillment is, is literally their own fault. I provided advice on damage mitigation a long time ago, so it’s up to Australian “Kings” and “Princes” to try and salvage their people and nations fate, which is clearly a simple task for those willing to be honest and courageous i.e. honesty and integrity helps the situation, but lying, covering up things and conniving does not (Revelation 21:8). Therefore,  people must remember that Scriptural fulillment/prophecy has contextual details that are important to consider.

 

  • ***In all honesty, from my understanding family’s actions appear to be the result of past persecution, as well as the wickedness, lies and negative influence of those who pretended to be their “friends", whether in-laws, extended family, colleagues, or other associates (including factors like compulsion and charms).  More so, the spiritual condition of my childhood residence(s) that were/are linked to the abomination of desolation only made my family’s personal circumstance worse. So, it must be understood that it is a factor which most people would fail to overcome because the heavy long-term exposure to evils spirits  and negative spiritual influence would sway most people from a righteous path i.e. they deserve a pardon.  To emphasise, it should be understood that my family’s spiritual condition is so poor that they have long since refused my food/drink that they once happily ate/drank (refusing treatment), so it’s not like I can even help them in this situation, especially when my access to resources is limited – I can only help them more, or anyone else if my personal circumstances change. Regardless, I will not train them first for multiple reasons, and it’s best that I am separated from them for my own wellbeing and privacy (trust is an issue). So, it is an order for “Kings” to remove my family from Australia to provide them with security (emotionally and psychologically), as they will become wise.

  • Potential clients are under no obligation to attach documents or specify certain details if they are regarded as sensitive information, but without basic disclosure Independent Christian Counsel will not be able to verify the suitability of the inquiry or matter; and therefore proceed with and complete a project and/or provide Christian Services (currently only available in person). Furthermore, if deemed necessary, Independent Christian Counsel may request additional documentation to begin and complete a project and/or provide Christian Services i.e. verifications of identity and supporting documentation. Therefore, if sending documents for evaluation or proof of identity is not suited to you, alternative measures will have to be arranged at the client’s convenience and expense i.e. confirmation of identity via online video-conferencing and/or meeting in person. Furthermore, depending on the scale of the project, Independent Christian Counsel may source relevant individuals* at the client’s expense in order to complete a project.  
    • *The registration process requires the presence of a ratio of 2-3 Registration Officers to 1 potential registrant. This is done to address and minimise issues associated  very poor behaviour and lies. For example, an individual who is not “spiritually dead” would need to assist me with the registration process (this person would be sourced post-inquiry or Christian Service Request). This individual would be selected by me personally, but the client can suggest someone based on character testimony.

 

  • Independent Christian Counsel’s Scale of Costs are only provided following the confirmation of a genuine and suitable inquiry or Christian Service request.

 

  • The contract will be held to the current general terms and conditions at the time of inquiry or Christian Service request.

 

  • Further terms and conditions apply, which includes confidentiality clauses for Christian Education or Training and Pastoral Care, as specified in the Contract and/or the Registration and Service forms.
