Independent Christian Counsel’s Discipline training is taught using ‘The Be It Model For Christian Choice’, and therefore the Discipline specific TPRTs are developed according to relevance and need. There are currently 4 pre-designed TPRTs for the Disciplines of 'Christian Education', ‘Pastoral Care’, 'Health Management', and ‘Cleansing’. The abovementioned TPRTs will include theoretical and practical components that are designed to simulate the processes associated with the Discipline specific TPRTs, however, training and participation in the Discipline of ‘Cleansing’ requires the Apostles, Pastors or Instructors to have already received the Holy Spirit, as the process would be harmful and detrimental to ordinary people (including witches), and can present with potential temporary harm and pain if proper preparations are not completed before attempting to cleanse which includes (1) items used to curse other people through sorcery (witchcraft) (2) items that have evil spirits bound to them, and (3) cleansing a location of evil spirits, which actually impose curse-like and undesirable effects upon those who frequent or inhabit the location.
Those who undergo TPRT for a specific Discipline may become “Active Instructors” of their Discipline, which is someone who instructs other people and actively participates in their area of expertise. Overall, Discipline specific training creates a defined role within a Church assembly (and the Body of Christ) according to the specific needs of the Religious Organisation or Religious Community. For example, someone trained in ‘Cleansing’ may be involved in internal and external matters concerning the Discipline, which could include teaching or instructing lay church members; teaching other church staff; considering paid external requests for ‘Cleansing’, whether it is located on the property of a legitimate Christian Church member, Church members with actual Christian potential (a Christian-in-conversion), or other various locations.
This same concept applies for non-Apostle instructors, who may undertake the IPT for the purpose of establishing themselves in the Discipline of Christian education, which requires learning in specific areas of Christian education of the CCBK or TPRT. For example, an instructor may teach Church staff and/or church members in the topic covered by CCBK sub-modules 2.4 and 2.8, which are interrelated Biblical principles that represent one larger Biblical concept. Furthermore, due to Chinasom’s experience in teaching and education, there is also the option for a Churches Christian education to assume a variety of formats which are able to suit a range of needs or preferences.
Mandatory Christian education training is required for Instructors & Instructor assistants for the licensed use of any of Chinasom’s teaching resources, which includes Chinasom’s scripted presentation series, 'Complications', 'The VMFCP - The Social Life Series' & 'The Words of Wisdom Bakery' (suited to individual, paired or small group i.e. family learning formats), that also includes extra support examples and prompts to help the Instructor provide high quality Christian educational-pastoral support, whether it is helping students arrive at an answer or providing them with a suggestion. More so, the ‘Christian Education’ discipline training is provided to ensure that Instructors are well prepared to provide robust teaching support for all learners in their efforts to overcome sins, and so, ‘Christian Education’ discipline training focuses on developing Instructor knowledge of learning-to-lifestyle i.e. what sins may look like in real life, as well as questioning and feedback techniques that are relevant to Christian practice. The ‘Christian Education’ discipline also includes “Classroom” Management and Christian Education Session sections that aims to broaden the “classroom” management expertise of Instructors by providing Christian education reform solutions for “classroom” layout; scheduling options; and student learning needs in a manner that minimises the amount of changes that a Church makes during the process of “emergency reform”.
The Discipline of Christian Education may be undertaken in complete or partial form according to the relevance of its use. For example, the full Christian Education course is suited to Church or Seminary School leadership and senior staff who would naturally oversee and decide what reforms take place within their assembly, while the partial completion of the Christian Education Discipline course is suited to actual Instructors & Instructor assistants, and focuses on teaching practice and theoretical knowledge related to identifying sins, and identifying people with Christian potential, or lack of potential i.e. people who should be ex-communicated from an assembly for the sake of maintaining a positive environment for the Instructors, Instructor assistants and lay assembly members, for it is written in 1 Corinthians 5:13, 13 But those who are outside, God judges. “Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.
The basis of the Discipline of Pastoral Care is the EduCare: Individual Education and Pastoral Care Plans (EduCare: IEPCP), which provides Pastors with a professional, dependable, and easy to use mode of “Christian therapy” or “Christian lifestyle mentoring” for ongoing Pastoral Care purposes within a Church assembly. Training in the Discipline of Pastoral Care makes use of functional behaviour assessment theory to ensure that the personal circumstances of the pastoree are addressed across a wide range of factors such as personal, social and environmental factors. The EduCare FBA relies on reviewing the executive function of the pastoree in order to help them identify the reasons why they sin, which then enables the Pastor to recommend a simple solution for them to overcome sins more easily (EduCare includes a curated FBA model and process, The EduCare FBA, which is created and developed by Chinasom Uzodimma Elekwachi). Hence, the Discipline of Pastoral Care is designed to help Pastors guide pastorees through the process of repentance by providing them with a direct and personalised plan for Christian lifestyle change. Therefore, the EduCare: IEPCP can be considered somewhat of a “ life assurance policy”, as long as the Lord, the Most High God judges the pastoree’s long-term intentions and effort to live a Christian lifestyle as genuine i.e. being a doer (James 1:22-23, Romans 2:13).. Hence, it is the pastoral care follow up process that is used by the Pastor to fully confirm a pastoree’s Christian potential or lack of Christian potential, in which the latter would result in the pastoree’s ex-communication from an Church assembly for the sake of maintaining a positive environment for the Pastors and lay assembly members, for it is written in 1 Corinthians 5:13, 13 But those who are outside, God judges. “Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.
The importance of the EduCare: IEPCP, and it’s use in the Discipline of Pastoral Care is to provide a Christian faith based alternative to flawed psychological models of the human condition such as ‘Freudian Theory’ and ‘Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs’, which promote sexual immorality, greed, materialism, and do not correctly consider the spiritual factors that also influences wellbeing, which can be equated to Maslow’s state of “self-actualisation” i.e. what people require to be their "best". Therefore, Pastoral Care aims to integrate sound psychological theory and Christianity to provide a religious and spiritual alternative to mainstream psychological advice, that is achieved through Chinasom’s psychological-spiritual-ideological model, The Cognitive Behavioural Paradigm For Christian Practice, which is also used for training purposes within the Discipline of Pastoral Care. Not all Pastors may use The full version of The EduCare: IEPCP because they have the option of specialising in the use of specific Pastoral Care Resources for once-off or ongoing Pastoral Care purposes. However, the Discipline of Pastoral Care is still grounded in The EduCare: IEPCP because it helps maximise understanding about the links between the expression of sin in thoughts, behaviour and actions, which then enables Pastors to provide relevant, helpful and practical advice for overcoming sins.
Cleansing is the process of the purging, undoing the effects of, and repelling of evil spirits in order to improve the health and wellbeing of Christians. In these times, the Discipline of Health Management is focused on and used for the purpose of symptom treatment, management and prevention against COVID-19, which is connected to the power of ‘death’ (Revelation 6:8). The Discipline of Health Management is based on the use of Blessed Holy Oil for treating illnesses, which is a real and defined use that is supported by Biblical evidence, wherein it is used to increase recovery time and amplify the natural properties of other ingredients used in the treatment process. The contemporary use of Blessed Holy Oil, which is often used in combination with Holy Water* was developed over time based on my experiences, therefore, my treatment methods are tested and grounded in both Biblical evidence and real-life practice. Furthermore, my treatment methods are also supported by the theoretical and tested knowledge of biomedical science, which is used to inform my natural and simple treatments and therapies**. Hence, the Discipline of Health Management uses a modern multi-disciplinary approach to spiritual, mental and physical health.
The Discipline of Health Management provides students with the combined basic knowledge of spiritual matters and biomedical sciences for symptom management, treatment and prevention for the purposes of Teaching, Pastoral Care and basic health care (theoretical and practical training). Hence, The Discipline of Health Management is focused on maintaining the overall health of Christian people, which is still important when they are in-conversion and when they have officially received the Holy Spirit.
*The mainstream Bible also makes a brief mention of the use of Holy Water by the Levites in the Scriptures Numbers 5:17-22, in a manner that directly suggests that it can also be blessed in the same manner as Holy oil. To confirm this Biblical evidence testing of Holy water was conducted for the purpose of managing both the physical and mental health symptoms of ‘death’ or COVID-19 like symptoms i.e. eye irritation, severe nasal congestion caused by airway obstruction, pain, stroke-like bodily sensations, stress and a low mood. The results demonstrated that Holy water was more effective compares to normal water when used for treatment and preventative purposes. This means that Blessed Holy Oil and Holy water have an amplified healing or cleansing effect on illness and its symptoms. However, Holy water does not work for 'the forsaken'.
**The Discipline of Health Management also presents information that theorises and supports that readily available pharmaceuticals are likely to help minimise and prevent COVID-19 symptoms, especially in people with cardiovascular or immune deficiency comorbidities and other issues. This novel theory is based on scientific evidence, and also supports that the negative side effects of COVID-19 vaccines can be mitigated through proper treatment. Hence, the theoretical component of The Discipline of Health Management would also be of interest to governments and government health authorities.
The portfolio of ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’ provides specialised education for Instructors and Pastors. The portfolio of ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’ was primarily designed to help Pastors provide guidance for Christian parents, who are undergoing Christian lifestyle change. Guidance is necessary because introducing a positive change in lifestyle means that the way a family works, interacts and functions would also change in response to newly held Christian values. It is known that parenting is not the easiest job in the world, after all it is a big responsibility to care for and raise another human being in the right way, and so it follows that parents confidence may be very low given that many would have made regrettable choices that put their children's lives and future at risk. Hence, the challenges of family life and Christian lifestyle change would likely present as daunting or scary to parents, who would likely feel pressured in the way they choose to raise their child, especially in times like these. Therefore, the ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’ training was designed to relieve this pressure by providing parents with simple and helpful information about how to best manage raising Christian children. The major benefit of the ‘Parenting-Appropriateness & Discipline’ training is that the information and advice provided is non-culturally specific, and therefore adaptable to different cultures.
Hence, the advice provided is not only useful for these times, but also for after these times because it is known that good parenting never goes out of style. This is stated because the advice of the' Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’ teaching was based on how my mother and father raised me and my siblings, and has been refined based on the knowledge and experience gained from my teaching experience. Teaching experience provided me with a broader range of common issues, difficulties and problems that today’s children and teenagers are presented with, and provided me with the opportunity to develop different strategies to overcome them in a way that benefits their growth and development. However, it is parents that hold the greatest influence over the lives of their children, and therefore the course of their future, and so, these parenting guidelines are designed to provide a good and proper foundation for the next generation of Christians, who will learn from an earlier age that it is good to be good, which increases the likelihood of them choosing to live a Christian lifestyle in their adulthood, while also supporting their overall wellbeing, for it is written: Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it~ Proverbs 22:6.
Example 1: Following 'The Basic Educational Psychology & Building The Self Workshop' and basic specialisation Training (The IPT), an Instructor could undergo Discipline training in Christian education, and undertake training for the portfolio of ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’, which qualifies them as an Instructor for ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’. The Instructor may teach other church staff or lay church members according to their area of training i.e. ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’.
Example 2: Following 'The Basic Educational Psychology & Building The Self Workshop' and basic specialisation Training (The IPT), a Pastor could undergo Discipline training in Pastoral Care; undertake TPRT training for ‘The Be It Model For Christian Choice’ (using it a pastoral advice tool); and undertake training for the portfolio of ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’, which qualifies them as a Pastor for ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’ , who would pastor Church staff or lay Church members who are parents using the EduCare: IEPCP and ‘The Be It Model For Christian Choice’. If the Pastor also undertook the training in ‘The Discipline of Christian Education’ (Dual Specialisation), then the Pastoral instructor may teach other church staff or lay church members according to their area of training i.e. The Discipline of Pastoral Care, The Be IT Model For Christian Choice, and the portfolio of ‘Parenting: Appropriateness & Discipline’.
The Discipline of Hospitality is currently undergoing development, regardless here is some further information. The creation of The Discipline of Hospitality was developed for the purpose of healing and spiritually fortifying Christian people to reduce the demand of fasting, improve health and restore vitality in older Christian people. The Discipline of Hospitality is based on my general enjoyment of delicious food, health conscious attitude towards dietary choices, and knowing the importance of hygiene and cleanliness in the process of commercial food preparation, which comes from my years of experience working in hospitality (during tertiary study), where I learnt many don’ts – and therefore, it naturally led to the adoption of what I consider a good Christian standard for the preparation of snacks, drinks or other foods.
Overall, this means that the purpose of The Discipline of Hospitality is to train Culinary Artists to prepare Christian snacks and drinks (Click To See The Workshop Snack List, which is vegan so actual vegan people aren’t left with nothing to eat), whether they are for colleagues or lay-Christian people. As a portfolio training for Instructors, The Discipline Hospitality would prepare them to train Culinary Artists for the preparation of Christian snacks, drinks or other foods of their choice and capability that would require the additional of Blessed Holy oil and/or water: this means that different cultures, ethnicities and peoples can develop Christian foods to their own specific palate and norms (the licensed used of Blessed Holy oil(s) & Holy water). Culinary Artist Instructors may also actively participate in the preparation of Christian foods, whether it is all snacks, smoothies, drinks or only a particular snack like Baked Puff-Puff i.e. an Active Instructor.
All ICC snacks are pending intellectual property rights that are owned by its creator and developer, Chinasom Uzodimma Elekwachi. This means that any products and processes are not the property of Independent Christian Counsel, which is only the means for providing professional services that utilises my products.
The Discipline of Skin & Hair Care is currently undergoing development, regardless here is some further information. The Discipline of Skin & Hair Care was created in response to unexpected and strange skin troubles that I had, which were particularly odd for my race and age (Igbo Biafran, African and 28 years of age) i.e. random wrinkles, darkened skin and a dermatitis like condition mainly on my nose bridge and chin area. Hence, the reason for the development of my skin care products, and the Discipline itself, were due to normal skin care products being completely ineffective at remedying my skin care issues over an extended period of time.
I was able to create my skin care products based on my interest in natural products, general science knowledge, and research capabilities, and as a result, so far my skin care products and treatment processes have been effective against skin damage and signs of premature-ageing when used in proper combination. To date, the skin care products have been tested on my face, and an area on my leg that suffered a chemical burn from product experimentation – and thus far the results are positive: the healing of wrinkles, a reduction in dermatitis and the evening of my skin tone in the affected areas, with no alteration of my normal skin-tone surrounding it (the results would have been quicker, but I am dealing with an environmental pest-like factor that continually tries to exacerbate my skin issues, however, in time the positive results would be quicker due to a change in my personal circumstances). Hence, my skin care treatments are safe and effective for full body use! My skin care treatments involve the use of 5 products made of selected natural ingredients that are designed to nourish and restore the youthfulness of the skin, wherein its effects are enhanced by the addition of blessed Holy oil and Holy water#.
Vitamin-C Skin health gel-oil (sets a bit thicker than a serum, but is very light and features anti-pimple/spot and discolouration properties, and it absorbs straight into the skin, leaving it with a light natural glow)
Anti-wrinkle cream (absorbs straight into the skin leaving it with a nice matte-ish finish, and so, it is also a good facial moisturiser)
Skin Restoring Face Mask (The Skin Restoring Face Mask deeply nourishes skin via its youth regenerative properties that are designed to soften and “thin” thickened and tough skin (leathery skin); improve texture (dermatitis-like rashes); reduces expression lines and wrinkles; moisturises the skin; and improves the overall skin appearance by helping prevent pimples; very gentle natural chemical exfoliation and it also promotes an even skin tone.)
Gentle Exfoliating Mask (Gentle natural chemical peel that also moisturizes and nourishes the skin - so there is no need for extended periods of recovery/hiding time, which is associated with harsh chemical peels).
Moisturiser (Face, Body & Hair Mousse i.e. I am unsure of how it would work for people with non-Afro textured hair, perhaps more sparing use would work).
The Discipline of Skin & Hair Care naturally expanded to hair care, when it was noticed that one of my moisturisers (balms) that was designed to help stroke recovery and pain relief also thickened my eyebrows, eyelashes and promoted hair growth and density (*The anti-wrinkle cream grows and thickens hair, eyebrows and lashes, but a hair specific version has also been developed to be even more effective, but I am unable to make it due to lack of resources). Further testing of my skin care products is desired to test the full capability of its UV protecting effects, as it is limited to tell how well it works on a person of my colour i.e. I have not suffered skin burn before. Hence, organising a collaborative Christian Retreat (Wellness Centre) with a major Church denomination is the perfect opportunity to trial my skin care and hair care products on new Christians (extremely low risk due to their natural ingredients, and prior self-testing, as well as sparse testing opportunities on family members i.e. hair growth. Other natural products have been developed like an unexpected by-product of one skin care product: a natural deodorant oil; a body scrub (provides a deeper clean, helps relax the muscles, and other benefits associated with the use of blessed Holy oil); and other hair products suited to Afro-textured hair.
Overall, this means that the purpose of The Discipline of Skin & Hair Care is to train Beauty Therapists to prepare and/or apply treatments for Christian people, whether they are colleagues or lay-Christian people. As a portfolio training for Instructors, The Discipline of Skin & Hair Care would prepare them to train Beauty Therapists for preparation, application or instructing in skin and/or hair care. Beauty Therapist Instructors may also actively participate in the preparation and application of skin & hair care treatments i.e. an Active Instructor.
Hence, Christian/Biafran skin care and hair care is helpful to older Christian people, or those who show premature signs of ageing or skin damage due to lifestyle factors i.e. elemental or chemical exposure, stress, smoking, poor food choices, not using moisturiser, and unfortunate experiences. Thus, my Vegan-friendly skin and hair care products are designed to restore and maintain a youthful appearance.
