‘Complications’ Christian educational series is grounded in The Visionary Method For Christian Practice (The VMFCP), and is designed to teach new Christians the rudimentary aspects of Christianity in regards to foundational Biblical concepts like The Lord is One, being one in Christ, faith, and trust, as well as a range of areas that Christian people are likely to struggle with in daily life such as self-control (discipline); accepting that sometimes life is a lesson (divine correction); prayer (accepting that Jesus Christ is not a genie); self-responsibility; how to talk to loved ones about the Christian lifestyle, which is known as correction; and self-condemnation (sadness, anger and frustration at the self, due to making mistakes during the process of repentance, which can feed feelings of guilt and shame). Hence, ‘Complications’ addresses a select range of topics that Christian people would be naturally curious about, as it provides the knowledge and understanding that would answer the queries of new Christians and refine the wisdom of those who are more mature, and so, the ‘Complications’ series helps promote Christian growth and maturity, which ultimately brings greater peace in mind, heart, body, soul and spirit.
The benefit of the ‘Complications’ series is that it is suitable to all age groups, which is why it enables the development of a healthy Christian mindset and world-view in children, teenagers, and adults – and so, it is the basis for the education and edification of multiple generations Christian peoplex*. The broad age range that the ‘Complications’ series caters to is made possible due to media selected for teaching purposes, for example, the first series of ‘Complications’ references ‘Star Wars: Clone Wars’. ‘Star Wars: Clone Wars’ may be a 3D-animation, but its storylines and dialogue are classic and grounded in serious, thought-provoking, mature and real-world and relatable spiritual-fantasy concepts, which makes it the perfect television show to educate a broad audience of Christian people. Hence, for many adult Star Wars fans, their sense of nostalgia is likely to be overwhelmed, while children and teenagers can be introduced to a television series that has some actual substance, which is very good and healthy for the young and impressionable mind.
*NOTE: Family Christian education sessions will be available i.e. grandparents, parents and children (with the option of extended family also joining the same session). The reason for family Christian Education sessions is to promote family bonding and to help normalise parents speaking with their children about the Christian faith and lifestyle in a relaxed, more confident and helpful manner (the same is relevant to children, teenagers and adults speaking to one another). From past experience, family bonding is known to be important, with my familial relationships once providing an incomparable source of emotional fulfillment i.e. something that made me happy despite life’s lows.
‘Complications’ is currently only available in person, and is only available for the purpose of:
