Independent Christian Counsel was established by myself, Chinasom Uzodimma Elekwachi, who is the creator and founder of The Elekwachi Method For Christian Practice (The EMFCP), which led to the establishment and creation of The Visionary Method For Christian Practice, The VMFCP Press and The Journal of Biblical Evidence and Practice (The JBEP), which are the result of Chinasom’s expertise in the areas of scientific research, education and Biblical interpretation.

I, Chinasom Uzodimma Elekwach, am a Servant of the Lord, the Most High God: more specifically, a Scribe (Biblical Practitioner). A Scribe is an instructor of Biblical and Christian doctrine, and so, just as Ezra was a Scribe of the Old Covenant, I am THE Scribe of the New Covenant (Matthew 13:52). It is of note that the word ‘Scribe’ is also translated to ‘Writer’ i.e. a ‘trained’ Christian (Disciple/Apostle) who records the revelations and explains the teachings (commandments) of the Lord, the Most High God, and related matters concerning the Christian faith for the purpose of salvation.Hence, the main purpose of Independent Christian Counsel is to work with existing Church organisations and/or Religious communities to establish legitimate church assemblies of the Body of Christ across the world i.e. “renewing” existing Church Organisations and Religious Communities. The work of Independent Christian Counsel benefits Church leadership, as well as the many people who they have long committed to teach, pastor and worship with (and those who may join them).

UPDATED TEXT: Last but not least, Independent Christian Counsel has no actual physical business location in Australia (or anywhere else due to a long established lack of funds and other reasons). The aforementioned makes travelling for employment very efficient because I can pack and leave quickly. Hence, the international focus of Independent Christian Counsel is based on the fact that the Christian faith is stronger and more widely accepted in nations other than Australia. To put it plainly, the demographic is other nations because the circumstances in Australia are not, and have never been helpful or suitable due to a complete lack of Christian potential i.e. even love has its limits, and they are unlovable.

QUICK FACT 1: I have experience in event coordination and organisational management which was developed through my prior experience in fashion and beauty event coordination (and styling). My skills in organisational management were further honed through her experience in teaching and education. 

QUICK FACT 2:  I have past experience in Aged Care, but decided not to pursue it as a career path due to my choice of focusing on university study, and other endeavours (fashion event coordination). Hence, my experience in Aged Care was a foundational aspect for the development of The Discipline of Health Management. The other foundational aspects for the development of The Discipline of Health Management was tertiary study (Medical Science) and research experience that was grounded in human biochemistry (ALS/MND research, 1st Class Honours).

Furthermore, the skills and knowledge developed through my Aged Care experience in relation to emotional and psychological support of older individuals enabled me to develop The Discipline of Pastoral Care, as did my teaching experience, where engaging with individual students is common practice, especially when they were upset, wherein it was my role to help them address and resolve the emotional upset by talking them through the issue. Hence, for me the actual development of The Discipline of Pastoral Care was extremely valuable to my own personal professional development in the Pastoral Care process, which is designed to help counsel people of any age and gender.

QUICK FACT 3: My knowledge and understanding of psychology was developed through my doctoral research in the area of depression (Mind & Brain) and Master of Teaching (Secondary) degree, which is partly grounded in psychological theory for the purpose of recognising and understanding student learning and developmental needs which are required for successful classroom management and the implementation of different problem-solving approaches and strategies (methodology) – of which this set of knowledge and skills were broadened through Chinasom’s teaching placement experience (Click above or below see my teaching portfolio - the link is strange because it's a free website, and was created because it was the final assignment for the Flinder's MoT capstone topic i.e. it was needed to graduate. My guided-reflective models of the Christian lifestyle are based on my confident ability to transfer Biblical evidence into the context of everyday life, and so, to me, living a Christian lifestyle is something that is achieved with relative ease.  This skill has been developed through many years of Biblical research combined with personal reflective-experience, and the consideration of the overall human condition that is presented in the lives of other people. All the abovementioned ability and skill is ultimately grounded in how my mother and father raised me, which was in accordance with Christian beliefs, morals and values.  

QUICK FACT 4: The development of my scaffolded models and processes of Christian lifestyle change are basically an extension of the beliefs, morals and values instilled by my parents; and the refinement of my Biblical knowledge and understanding that is shaped by my cumulative knowledge, skills, experiences an expertise. The benefit of my “complete profile” (broad range of skills) is that Christian education and pastoring can be streamlined because the learning-to-lifestyle process has already been designed in a manner that maximises the use of time, and is therefore an efficent methodical approach to helping people through the process of Christian lifestyle change.

QUICK FACT 5: I had many years of experience in the hospitality industry while studying at university contributed to the knowledge and skills required to prepare food in a hygiene, professional and orderly manner. Hence, my past experiences have contributed to the food preparation protocol used to prepare my snack and food range.
